Production introduction

Steam heat preservation type trap valve is the latest technology in dise-type trap, it increase a layer of heat-preservation steam-through shell outside the main gas-room, so the temperature of main gas room is the same as that of condensed water in pipeline. The trap valve can not open if there is no condensed water producing, thus the energy-saving effect is remarkable. This trap adopts alloy-steel body materials to manufacture, ability of high temperature at 550℃, under high-temperature high-pressure harsh environment conditions of drainage, the action is quick with high quality of work. It is the most ideal trap for the high-pressure superheated steam pipeline and the high-pressure overheat equipment.

Working principle

This trap has a plate in it, which is sensitive and executive part. When the device startup, the cooling condensed water appears in the pipe and is quickly exhausted by working pressure pushing the plate. After exhausting finished, the steam go into the trap, steam volume is rapid expansion, the volume and flowspeed of condensed water is less than steam, and generating differential pressure above and below the plate, under the influence of the suction of the steam flowspeed, the plate quick closing. When the plate is closed, the below pressures area is less than the above stress area, for the pressure inside the is room from the steam pressure, so more stress is above the plate, then the valve slice tightly closed. When steam of room transform into condensed water, the pressure inside the room disappears. Condensed water push the plate by working pressure and discharge, and continue to work, forming the continuous cycle drainage.
The steam trap of outdoor surface increases a layer of shell, the inner chamber of the shell and the steam pipe is in communication. using steam pipe itself to heat preservation the main steam room, and continuously reduce the main steam room temperature, to maintain vapor pressure, and the trap tightly closed. When pipelines gemerate condensed water, shell of the trap temperature reduces to start drain, if there is no condensed water in superheated steam pipe, steam trap won't open, so it is high quality, good effect in energy saving. The highest temperature of the trap is 550 degrees, the body is alloy steel and the valve core is cemented carbide, durability and long service life, is the special trap for the high temperature, high pressure and superheated steam.

Users choose the displacement of the trap according to the the largest quantity of condensed water, that is the largest steam consumption of steam-used equipment multiply selecting multiplying power(from double to triple ).
The highest pressure difference of trap is valve front pressure to subtract back pressure, the back pressure should be marked out if possible.
