Feature and Performance
2.1 High adaptability to emergence size of condensation water, not only intermittent discharge, but also continuously.
2.2 Incomparable SCCV closing system, is of unique design, and error compensation function of lever machines, to avoid closing rigidity collision.It is reliable to shut off,and the useful life is long.
2.3 The internal parts all adopt stainless steel to manufacture and are installed in the bonnet, so the maintenance is extremely convenient.
2.4. 90% higher of back pressure rate.
2.5.The gas and water are separated reliably(water vapor go in from bottom of the valve by u-shaped channel), the internalis always in the state of water seal, effectively prevent the leakage of steam.
2.6.The closed-shaped float resists water attack, there is an overflow gas-emission hole on the bucket, which can effectively prevent vapor locking, air blocking phenomenon. (non-condensing high temperature air can also be exhausted).
Function
BELL-SHAPED FLOAT-TYPE(Inverted bucket) STEAM TRAP VALVE is used for main steam pipe, steam header, and heat exchangers, vulcanizing machine, hot air dryer, drum dryer, distiller, concentration device, hospital disinfector etc. The mini lightweight ES5 type is extremely suitable for air-conditioner, washing machine,dyeing machine and etc. The stainless steel ESU5 type is special for the food industry and hospital steam equipment manufacturing.
wear-resistance SCCV closing mode
SCCV Closing System is the abbreviations of self-centering, automatic closed System (Self Closing and Cente-ring Valve System),the same as the following.The system has made a breakthrough in traditional design, make ingenious use of the condensate water
flowing-out-suction and pressure of the internal valve to close the valve core. In the closed process,the valve core is of slow scale function, reduces the abrasion between the valve seat and the core.
