It can automatically discharge condensed water, air and other non-condensing gas and is able to prevent the leakage of the steam. In terms of the different operating modes, the steam trap is classified into three main types. Generally speaking, the working procedure of the steam trap can be inducted to introduce as follows. Firstly, the valve is correctly placed. Within the state of total opening, the condensed water would entre the valve to fill the valve body. Then, the steam is used to fill the valve body as well. As a result, the buoyancy would be gained to force the valve stem towards the valve seat until the valve is totally shut off. Then, the gas discharged would be cooled down back into the valve body. And the generally increasing condensed water is pressured to pull the valve stem to open the valve after the struggle of the pressure distance. Then, with the reducing of the pressure difference, the valve body would be down to discharge the waste water and the steam. As a result, the new cycle has begun to affect.
